    100% branch coverage and 95.73% mutation score remeasured against the current lockfile. Approved ADR-024 local synthetic schema has nine forced-RLS tables, independent tenant-leak tests and both revocation orderings on PostgreSQL 14. Cloud PostgreSQL 17, complete ledger schema, granted POS access and independent acceptance outstanding.

    Exact valuation calculator implemented. Recipes, sales depletion, day-part risk and panic-spend engine incomplete; no independent math acceptance.

    Adapter foundation

    165 synthetic integration tests cover discovery, bracketed order/line/payment/refund capture, historical mappings and private local raw-file persistence/recovery. Complete settlement/refund/modifier evidence, consistent snapshots, production storage/jobs, live credentials, recipe depletion and real invoices outstanding; no ledger-eligible sale. These newer integrations are local, not the deployed snapshot.

    Evaluation slice only

    Local signed-token count capture and own-command evidence read-back load database principals/memberships; immutable measurements/results/audit/outbox commit in real PostgreSQL. Restart replay, revocation, blocked-request expiry and corrupt-evidence refusal work locally. Observation recorded, ledger not posted. Order approvals remain evaluation-only; cloud login/session provisioning, balances, encrypted native queue and the complete timed loop remain outstanding.

Brief, count practice, calculator, readiness and tracker deployed in Montreal behind Google IAM. Synthetic preview only; API health link unconfigured, no customer login or deployed authenticated portal.

Native count persistence, motion, calculator and 13-case on-device diagnostics; no executed device evidence, acceptance or signed store release.

Montreal/Mumbai endpoints remain process-health only. External dependencies and decisions
